1. あなたに託したいミッション

あなたは、鳥羽商工会議所のスタッフとして、以下の問いに日々向き合い、トライ＆エラーを繰り返す「プロジェクトの心臓部」となります。

• 伝える： 鳥羽のディープな日常を、どうすれば旅人の心に響くストーリーとして届けられるか？
• もてなす： 地元の事業者や住民が、無理なく、友達を迎えるように旅人と接するにはどんな準備が必要か？
• 動かす： 行政や団体と連携し、10年後の鳥羽のために今どんな施策が必要か？

• Language: 英語ネイティブであり、かつ日本の地域社会に深く入り込める日本語能力（N2程度以上）をお持ちの方。

鳥羽での暮らしを楽しみながら、プロフェッショナルとして活躍できる環境を整えています。副業も可能ですので、あなたのクリエイティビティを多方面で発揮してください。

Located at the heart of the Ise-Shima National Park in Mie Prefecture, Toba City is a place where the rhythm of the sea dictates the pace of life. Famous for its abundant seafood and stunning islands, Toba has long served as the sanctuary for pilgrims visiting the nearby Ise Grand Shrine. Here, the “Ama” free-diving culture and traditional island life aren’t just history—they are a living, breathing reality.

We aren’t looking for a typical employee. We are looking for a Bridge. Someone who treats travelers as friends, speaks about the region’s charm in their own authentic voice, and works shoulder-to-shoulder with local shop owners and government officials to drive the region forward.

1. Your Mission

As a core member of the Toba Chamber of Commerce and Industry, you will be the “heartbeat” of our projects, tackling these three pillars through trial, error, and triumph:

• Storytelling: How can we transform Toba’s deep, everyday moments into stories that resonate with the hearts of global travelers?
• Hospitality: How can we prepare local businesses and residents to welcome international guests naturally—like old friends?
• Movement: What initiatives do we need to implement today to ensure Toba thrives 10 years from now? You will collaborate with government bodies and local organizations to make it happen.

2. The Partner We’re Looking For

• Language: Native-level English speaker with Japanese proficiency (N2 or above) capable of integrating into a Japanese community.
• Mindset: You believe in welcoming travelers as “friends” rather than “tourists.”
• Skill: You have a “weapon of choice”—whether it’s digital marketing, SNS savvy, design, or strategic planning—to propel our projects forward.
